Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, June 18, 2010, the Lord called unto Himself Ken Post, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Jenny (nee Beekhof) for almost 55 years, and loved father of the late Gerry Post, Jenny and Peter Kruck, Henry and Laura Post, Nettie and Willy VanDyk, Ken and Patti Post, Elly and Otto Vandervegte, Art and Nancy Post, Dave Post and Sharon Reid, Veronica and Andrew Walters, and Frank and Shawn Post. Dear Opa of 28 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 grandchildren predeceased. Also survived by 1 brother and 6 sisters. Friends may visit with the family at CORNERSTONE CANADIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 353 Stonechurch Road East, Hamilton on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where the Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 11 a.m., Rev. Bill DeJong officiating. Private family Interment Service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens prior to the Memorial Service.
