Peacefully at Mount Nemo Christian Nursing Home on Wednesday, June 16, 2010, the Lord called unto Himself Wilhelmina Meerveld, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Jacob Meerveld. Loved mother and grandmother of Harold and Sharon and their children, Marg and Doug DeBoer, Wilma and Paul Vanderveen, James and Angela Meerveld, Henry and Julia Meerveld, and Christine and Jasper Jonker; George; Chris and Monica and their children, Danielle and Angela; John and Ruth and their children, Katrina and Joel Harsevoort, Jonathan and Rebecca Meerveld, Miranda Meerveld and Steve Moes; Peter and Robyn and their children, Drew and Madelaine; and Linda, as well as 17 great-grandchildren. Friends may visit with the family at EBENEZER CANADIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 607 Dynes Road, Burlington on Sunday evening from 6-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 21, 2010 at 10:30 a.m., Rev. Dr. G. Nederveen officiating. Interment to follow at Burlington Memorial Gardens.
