Peacefully at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, April 8, 2010 Bob Richmond age 86 years. Predeceased by his first wife Ruth, his second wife Una and his daughter Mary. Dear father of Wayne (Susan) and Marnie Hood (Mark), father-in law of Bruce Watson and step-father of Pat Grasely (Orv). Brother of Aileen Miller. Loved grandfather of 7 grandchildren Benjamin, (BJ), Katie, Laura, Lianna, Sarah, Bradley and Krystal. Bob was a veteran of WW ll, serving as an air gunner, a member of Waterdown Legion Branch 551., Waterdown Optomist Club, a volunteer with the Red Cross, Flamborough Food Bank and a life long Member of Grace Anglican Church.
Friends may call at the KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St., N, Waterdown on Saturday evening 6-9 p.m. and Sunday afternoon 2-4 & evening 6-9 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held at GRACE ANGLICAN CHURCH, 157 Mill St., N., on Monday, April 12, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment Grace Anglican Cemetery.
Legion Service will be held at the funeral home Sunday evening at 9 p.m.
