Peacefully, while surrounded by her family on Wednesday, March 31, 2010, Myrtle Carr, in her 82nd year. Dearly loved mother of Sandra (Bob), Judy (Terry), Heather (Greg), Joe (Margo), Roddie (Kim), Tracey (Dan) and much loved grandmother of Becky, Jeremy, Shannon, Eric, Ian, Laura, Taylor, Sarah, Lindsey, Lucas, Jacob, and Matthew. Predeceased by her husband Charlie and grandson Tim. Myrtle will also be sadly missed by her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Peter’s for their kind and gentle care over the past month. Visitation will be held at the KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill Street North, Waterdown on Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. with Prayer Service and Eulogy at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. THOMAS THE APOSTLE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 715 Centre Rd. Waterdown on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Augustine’s Cemetery, Dundas. Please sign the Book of Condolence.
