Peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital on Sunday, March 7, 2010, Shirley Ann at age 54. Companion and best friend to Ray Alger. Beloved daughter of Pauline Glover and the late Cecil Churcher. Loved mother of Jim and France of Comber, Ontario. Fondly remembered by one grandson Jeff. Loved sister of Jerry and Sandy Wallis of Knowlton, Quebec, Rosalind and John Dailey of Moncton, New Brunswick, Sharon and Paul Tunbridge of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Jim Burnett and Bob Burnett. Loved and remembered by Evelyn Alger of Dundas and Glenn and Donna Alger of Freelton. Special thanks to the Doctors and Staff of St. Peter's Hospital, Hamilton. Cremation has taken place. At Shirley's request a private graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the SPCA or any Animal Shelter.
