Peacefully at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital on Sunday, February 14, 2010 Michael Maisonville, age 78 of Waterdown. Cherished husband and friend of Helen Gillan for 58 years. Cherished father of Barbara (George) Desjardines of Carlisle, Michael (Anita) Maisonville of Stoney Creek and Michele Maisonvillebof Hamilton. Fondly remembered by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his grandson Evan Maisonville, sister Annabel ( Andrew) Weatherley and brother Joseph (Shirley) Maisonville.
Michael retired from Ford Motor Co, Oakville with 40 years of service.
Friends will be received at the KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St., N., Waterdown on Wednesday, February 17, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Prayers will be held in the chapel Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
