After a courageous battle with Alzheimers and Cancer, Anna passed away at Burloak Long Term Care, Burlington in her 83rd year. Anna was born and raised in Toronto where she married Allen, her childhood sweetheart. After having 2 daughters there, Anna and her family moved to Hamilton in 1951 where she had two more daughters. In 1975, Anna and Allen became residents of Burlington where they have resided since. Anna will forever be remembered by her beloved Husband for over 62 years Allen Smith, her treasured children Beverly (John) Curran of Niagara Falls, June (Ron) Segato of Hamilton, Doris (Alan Yates) Smith of Hamilton, Theresa (John) Sneddon of St. Thomas, and her adoring Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren, Adam an Becky (Austin and Aidan), John and Wendi (Emma) Timothy and Matt, Jane and John (Rebecca).
Anna was a long time member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 60; she was an honest, loving and caring Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend to all. We love you, cherish you and will never forget you. Cremation has taken place. Rest in Peace.
